Job Summary
3 Idea Technology is looking for a tech-savvy and customer-oriented Tech Retail Sales Promoter to promote and sell our 3D Printers and technology products across leading retail outlets.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital, or similar large-format electronics/technology retail chains and should be comfortable explaining technical products to customers.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of technology products, excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate and pitch products effectively.
What you'll do
- Key Responsibilities
- Visit and promote 3 Idea Technology products at Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital and other leading electronics/technology retail outlets.
- Promote and sell 3D printers and related technology products.
- Understand the technical specifications, features, applications and benefits of 3D printers.
- Explain technical products to customers in a simple, practical and convincing manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product functionality and applications.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend the appropriate product based on their needs.
- Generate leads and convert customer enquiries into sales.
- Build strong relationships with store managers, sales staff and customers.
- Work closely with outlet sales teams to improve product visibility and sales.
- Ensure proper product display, branding and availability at assigned outlets.
- Track customer enquiries, leads, demonstrations and sales conversions.
- Understand competitor products and provide regular market feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead generation and outlet coverage targets.
- Travel across Mumbai and other locations as required for outlet visits and promotional activities.
What we're looking for
- Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in technology/electronics retail sales or product promotion.
- Mandatory preference for candidates who have worked with Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital or similar retail chains.
- Strong interest in technology and new-age products.
- Should be tech-savvy and capable of understanding technical product specifications.
- Experience selling electronics, computers, printers, IT products, consumer technology or similar products will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable with product demonstrations and explaining technical concepts to customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to work in a field/retail outlet environment.
- Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates from Electronics, IT, Computer, Engineering or other technical backgrounds will be preferred.
