About the role
We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) – Mechanical to join our Chalisgaon plant. The selected candidates will work primarily in the Mechanical and Production departments, gaining practical exposure to manufacturing processes, plant operations, machinery and production activities.
This opportunity is suitable for complete freshers who are looking to start their career in a manufacturing environment.

- Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Mechanical and Production teams in day-to-day plant operations.
- Gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing and production processes.
- Support monitoring and operation of production machinery and equipment.
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic mechanical and operational issues.
- Understand machine maintenance, breakdown handling and preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to defined processes.
- Assist in maintaining production records, reports and operational data.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating practices.
- Learn and implement manufacturing and process improvement practices.
- Support senior engineers in various plant and production-related activities.
What we're looking for
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2024, 2025 or 2026 passout candidates can apply.
- Complete freshers are eligible.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing/Production.
- Good technical knowledge of basic mechanical engineering concepts.
- Willingness to work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- Candidates willing to work at Chalisgaon, Maharashtra are preferred.
